Audit and Risk Committee
Our Audit and Risk Committee meets quarterly to help ensure risks are well managed. They also oversee the work of both internal and external auditors and support a strong and effective internal control framework.

Remuneration and Organisational Development Committee
Our Remuneration and Organisational Development Committee meets twice a year. They focus on matters relating to pay, benefits and the terms and conditions of the Chief Executive and Directors. They also review our organisational development and HR strategies.

Commercial Committee
Our Commercial Sub Committee was established by our Board to oversee and scrutinise any commercial opportunities. They come together at least once a year.

Customer Services Committee
Our Customer Services Committee meets quarterly to oversee how we engage with - and deliver services to - our customers. They are a customer-focused group, ensuring that the customer voice is at the heart of everything we do, including at Board level.

Customer Assurance Group
Our Customer Assurance Group is a group of involved customers who come together with our Board members and Customer Voice Specialist to provide assurance and scrutiny on our performance, policy and strategy. They also provide a valuable review of customer feedback and help us to plan and implement improvement actions across all of our customer focused services.
