Jess is a Strategy Director for Bridge Housing Solutions, responsible for business growth and ultimately helping more households out of homelessness. Her background in housing is across different roles focusing on customer service, resident engagement, complaints, tenancy support, welfare, and tackling gender inequality. Jess has a master’s degree in social policy and previous board experience as Chair of Causeway Irish Housing Association. Jess and her family live in Staffordshire and she is passionate about the region.
