Jess is Assistant Director of Community Housing at WHG, responsible for the housing management, community safety and neighbourhood service to 22,000 homes in the midlands. Her background in housing is across different roles focusing on business growth, helping households out of homelessness, customer service, resident engagement, complaints, tenancy support, welfare, and tackling gender inequality. Jess has a master’s degree in social policy and previous board experience as Chair of Causeway Irish Housing Association. Jess and her family live in Staffordshire and she is passionate about the region.
