Using a person-centred approach, you’ll support tenants in maintaining their tenancies—helping them feel confident and independent in their new homes. This is a mobile role, so a full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

    We’re proud to be recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be working to deliver high-quality support. You’ll support customers who have complex needs and who are experiencing multiple disadvantages, including substance use, mental health, offending, and rough sleeping/homelessness. Reporting to the Support Team Leader, you will coordinate customer access to a wide range of services, and you will lead the design and delivery of a service coordination plan alongside the customer and other essential agencies.
